Atlas Colours
For over a decade R.G.S. Chromatone have developed a continuous policy
of keeping the carpet industry up-to-date with regard to specifying
and communicating precise and accurate colour information. This has
necessitated a policy of always keeping abreast of latest developments
in the marketplace as well as the latest fibres, yarns, designs, policies
and synthetics utilised in the industry.
To this end R.G.S. have added 8 new Atlas Colours to its now world renowned
Chromatone Colour Reference System already comprising 1955 `poms'. This
unique system, because of the `pom' format of presentation allows a
common international language of colour communication, not only within
the carpet and rug industry, but between its clients, consumers and
suppliers. These striking new colours are available as individual triangles
to complement the Traditional version of the Atlas or alternatively
displayed in a case for use with the Portable Atlas. These colours are
believed to reflect current trends amongst specifiers and designers
and are therefore essential additions for existing users of the Chromatone
System.
A
family of 45 poms have been produced in each of the hues listed below.
They are housed in individual display trays for maximum effective display.

These
collections are available as individual Triangular
Boxes. (click to view). Or all 8 collections come complete in a
carry case with handle as illustrated. The new colours integrate with
the existing original 24 Chromatone Colour Atlas triangles and provide
one third of all Atlas colours.
As a special package, any 4 of the 8 collections can be housed in a

Chromatone is now established in 62 counties worldwide covering in excess
of 1000 individual companies.
